随着食品、医药及电子行业的不断发展,磷酸及磷酸盐的市场需求量不断增大,并且对磷酸的品质要求也越来越高,尤其是对湿法磷酸中砷杂质的要求,湿法磷酸中砷的含量将直接影响其在磷精细化工领域的应用,因此湿法磷酸中砷的高效、安全去除是亟待解决的一大难题。本文主要对湿法净化磷酸脱砷技术的研究情况进行综述,比较了几种湿法净化磷酸脱砷工艺的优缺点,介绍了较常见的化学沉淀法、结晶法,以及新兴的电沉积法、垂直区域熔融法和微反应器脱砷工艺的应用前景,并指出这些新兴的脱砷工艺将成为今后湿法磷酸的净化脱砷的发展方向,如能解决将这些脱砷工艺在实际中的问题,将会对磷酸工业的发展提供一个更有力的支持。 相似文献

The performance of lead-halide perovskite light-emitting diodes (LEDs) has increased rapidly in recent years. However, most reports feature devices operated at relatively small current densities (<500 mA cm−2) with moderate radiance (<400 W sr−1 m−2). Here, Joule heating and inefficient thermal dissipation are shown to be major obstacles toward high radiance and long lifetime. Several thermal management strategies are proposed in this work, such as doping charge-transport layers, optimizing device geometry, and attaching heat spreaders and sinks. Combining these strategies, high-performance perovskite LEDs are demonstrated with maximum radiance of 2555 W sr−1 m−2, peak external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 17%, considerably reduced EQE roll-off (EQE > 10% to current densities as high as 2000 mA cm−2), and tenfold increase in operational lifetime (when driven at 100 mA cm−2). Furthermore, with proper thermal management, a maximum current density of 2.5 kA cm−2 and an EQE of ≈1% at 1 kA cm−2 are shown using electrical pulses, which represents an important milestone toward electrically driven perovskite lasers. 相似文献

探究水平流人工湿地(HFCW)系统处理低污染水过程中,相同COD/ρ(TN)下不同碳氮含量对细菌群落结构的影响。结果表明,进水为较高碳氮含量的HFCW(HF1)和进水为较低碳氮含量的HFCW(HF2)对COD和TN的去除效率具有一定的差异,HF1和HF2对COD的去除效率分别为48.26%和28.89%,对TN的去除率分别为79.06%和81.87%。HF1中细菌的丰富度和多样性均高于HF2,HF1中富集的优势细菌为Chloroflexaceae、Comamonadaceae和Rhodocyclaceae,均具有异养反硝化功能,HF2中富集的优势细菌为Xanthomonadaceae和Rhodocyclaceae,其中Xanthomonadaceae具有自养反硝化功能。COD、NH4^+-N和NO3^--N对HF1中细菌群落的影响大于对HF2中细菌群落的影响,HF1中COD对细菌群落的影响大于NH4^+-N和NO3^--N。 相似文献

The generation of ammonia, hydrogen production, and nitrogen purification are considered as energy intensive processes accompanied with large amounts of CO2 emission. An electrochemical method assisted by photoenergy is widely utilized for the chemical energy conversion. In this work, earth‐abundant iron pyrite (FeS2) nanocrystals grown on carbon fiber paper (FeS2/CFP) are found to be an electrochemical and photoactive catalyst for nitrogen reduction reaction under ambient temperature and pressure. The electrochemical results reveal that FeS2/CFP achieves a high Faradaic efficiency (FE) of ≈14.14% and NH3 yield rate of ≈0.096 µg min?1 at ?0.6 V versus RHE electrode in 0.25 m LiClO4. During the electrochemical catalytic reaction, the crystal structure of FeS2/CFP remains in the cubic pyrite phase, as analyzed by in situ X‐ray diffraction measurements. With near‐infrared laser irradiation (808 nm), the NH3 yield rate of the FeS2/CFP catalyst can be slightly improved to 0.1 µg min?1 with high FE of 14.57%. Furthermore, density functional theory calculations demonstrate that the N2 molecule has strong chemical adsorption energy on the iron atom of FeS2. Overall, iron pyrite‐based materials have proven to be a potential electrocatalyst with photoactive behavior for ammonia production in practical applications. 相似文献

摘要:针对烧结环冷机余热回收利用率不高的难题,采用分析法建立了评价某钢铁厂烧结环冷机余热回收系统运行效率的效率模型。基于多孔介质模型、局部非热平衡方程、真实气体SRK方程建立环冷机内气固两相换热模型。通过CFD仿真模拟,探究料层高度、循环风机输入烟气温度、烧结矿底部入口风速三项可控环冷机运行工艺参数对系统效率的影响规律。结果表明,料层厚度在1~1.5 m区间每增加0.1 m,效率增加0.8%~1.1%;循环风温在100~140℃之间每增加10℃,效率增加1.4%~1.5%;烧结矿底部入口风速在0.9~1.9 m/s之间每增加0.1 m/s,效率降低0.18%~0.24%。在此基础上,基于工业运行数据建立效率正交试验优化模型,提高了该余热回收系统3.42%的效率。 相似文献

In order to improve the gas permeability and thermal shock resistance of the ceramic membranes applied in high temperature gas-solid separation techniques, fused silica and graphite particles were used as the primary raw material and pore-former agent, and the spray coating based-on PVA sealing was applied to prepare the separation membrane. These approaches remarkably decreases filtration resistance by increasing support permeability and reducing the intrusion of ceramic membrane forming particles into the support as well as the thickness of the membrane. The effects of driving frequency on plasma parameters and electron heating efficiency are studied in cylindrical inductively coupled plasma (ICP) source. Measurements are made in an Ar discharge for driving frequency at 13.56/2 MHz, and pressures of 0.4–1.2 Pa. In 13.56 MHz discharge, higher electron density (ne) and higher electron temperature (Te) are observed in comparison with 2 MHz discharge at 0.6–1.2 Pa. However, slightly higherne andTe are observed in 2 MHz discharge at 0.4 Pa. This observation is explained by enhanced electron heating efficiency due to the resonance between the oscillation of 2 MHz electromagnetic field and electron-neutral collision process at 0.4 Pa. It is also found that the variation ofTe distribution is different in 13.56 and 2 MHz discharge. For ICP at 13.56 MHz, Te shows an edge-high profile at 0.4–1.2 Pa. For 2 MHz discharge,Te remains an edge-high distribution at 0.4–0.8 Pa. However, the distribution pattern involves into a center-high profile at 0.9–1.2 Pa. The spatial profiles ofne remain a center-high shape in both 13.56 and 2 MHz discharges, which indicates the nonlocal kinetics at low pressures. Better uniformity could be achieved by using 2 MHz discharge. The effects of gas pressure on plasma parameters are also examined. An increase in gas pressure necessitates the rise ofne in both 13.56 and 2 MHz discharges. Meanwhile, Te drops when gas pressure increases and shows a flatter distribution at higher pressure. 相似文献

针对提高轮询控制模型工作效率和区分网络优先级的问题,提出了区分站点忙闲状态的完全-门限两级轮询控制模型(ETTPSS)。模型以两级优先级为基础,依据站点的忙闲状态采用并行处理方式只对忙站点进行信息分组发送服务。模型既能区分传输服务优先级又能避开对无信息分组的空闲站点的查询,从而提高了模型资源利用率和工作效率。运用概率母函数与马尔可夫链相结合的方法对该模型进行理论分析研究,精确解析了模型各个重要性能参数。仿真实验结果表明,仿真值与理论值近似相等,说明理论分析正确合理。与普通轮询模型相比,该模型性能大幅度提高。 相似文献

钢铁厂内的含锌固废数量巨大,同时富含铁、碳等元素,是可循环再利用的二次资源。通过固体碳直接还原ZnO和FeO的热力学分析,发现在非标准状态下,ZnO的还原条件要优于FeO。为此,在实验室条件下设计了含锌固废在不同温度和时间下的还原试验,发现在还原温度为1 423 K、还原时间为15 min以上时,脱锌率可达到90%,而铁的金属化率需要在1 573 K时才能接近90%;在还原温度低于1 423 K时,还原时间对脱锌率的影响较大;在还原温度高于1 473 K时,还原温度对脱锌率影响较小,同时脱锌率可达到95%。这些结果对国内当前处理含锌固废主要工艺(回转窑、转底炉)的操作制度设置具有重要的参考价值,也为如何选择合理的工艺路线,以低投入、低运营成本实现含锌固废的再利用提供了理论依据。 相似文献
